Provide information on the resources available, a consultancy and advisory service on management issues. Provide assistance for communication and negotiation with counsels as liaison of the company.

For companies without an extensive resources department or without
HR handbooks and procedures in place.

Assist to create or modify Employee Manual, Organization Chart, Job
Descriptions, Performance Review and to establish Compensation Strategies.
