Hiroshi Okada, President and Principal Consultant, has over 15 years of executive and senior management experience in the healthcare and ophthalmic industries.

Before establishing Okada Consulting Inc., Okada was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Nidek Inc. Okada oversaw sales, marketing, distribution of medical and surgical products, and was in charge of all regulatory and legal affairs for the Company. He established internal protocol, corporate objectives and closely monitored the company's success.

Prior to joining Nidek, Inc., Okada developed his financial and managerial acumen in a variety of roles. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the medical and optical products manufacture, Kowa Optimed Inc., in Torrance California. He implemented corporate financial and accounting policies and procedures, working as the corporate liaison with independent international CPA firms and financial consultants.
